Midline Home Care Agency

Licensed service category

Nursing support that fits the individual.

Midline's Comprehensive in-home care agency license includes nursing services for clients whose conditions are stable and predictable. The starting point is understanding the person's needs and determining what support is appropriate within the agency's scope.
A nurse reviews a plan on a tablet with an older man and his adult daughter in their living room. Pictured models are not Midline staff.

Services are guided by assessment, an individualized plan, and applicable practitioner orders. When nurse delegation is appropriate and available, the registered nurse determines whether a specific task can be delegated to a particular caregiver for a particular client.
